WPC Chaukhat Sizes Explained: 75 × 50 Mm To 150 × 63 Mm
A chaukhat size is written as width × thickness in millimetres. The width should match your wall, and the thickness decides how heavy a door the frame can carry. Here is how to pick the right one from the Green Plastwood range.

Single Rebate Or Double Rebate?
The rebate is the step cut into the frame where the door shutter sits. A single rebate frame has one step and takes one door. A double rebate frame has a step on both sides, so you can hang two shutters in the same opening, for example a main door and a mesh door.
Mould & Groove, Mould & Plain Or Square?
These are the three profile models. They change the look of the frame edge, not its strength.
- Mould & Groove: rounded edge with grooves on the back face.
- Mould & Plain: rounded edge with a plain back.
- Square model: straight edges for a modern, flat look.
