About WPC / PVC Louvers
Louvers are fluted panels that give a wall or ceiling the lines and shadow of timber battens. In wood, that look means polish, termite treatment and warping near water. Green Plastwood louvers come pre-finished in wood, marble, stone and solid designs and need none of it.
There are three interior series, 12 mm 2G, 15 mm 8G and 24 mm, each 2900 mm long and in 21 designs, and an exterior louver in three colours for facades and ceilings.

Installation And Care
The steps from our louver guide. Panels are pre-finished, so there is no polish or paint after fitting.
- Prepare the wall. The plaster should be dry and flat. If the wall is damp or uneven, fix a light aluminium or WPC batten grid at 300 mm centres first.
- Fix the starting trim. Fix the L-angle or J-trim along the skirting and the side corner with countersunk screws.
- Place the first panel. Slot it into the starting trim and check it is plumb with a spirit level.
- Fix the edge. Fasten the groove edge to the wall or frame with clips or fine countersunk screws. No screws show on the finished face.
- Interlock the next panel. Slide its tongue into the groove until it sits tight, and repeat across the wall.
- Cut and finish. Cut panels with a fine-tooth saw and finish the top and corner joints with matching edge profiles.
Care
Dust with a soft cloth or wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. The surface is stain resistant and needs no polish, coating or touch-up.
Wet Areas
The panels are 100% water and moisture resistant, so they can be used in kitchens and bathrooms.

WPC / PVC Louvers: Common Questions
What sizes do WPC louvers come in?
Three interior series: 12 mm 2G panels are 200 mm × 2900 mm; 15 mm 8G and 24 mm panels are 165 mm × 2900 mm. Exterior louvers are 215 × 25 or 26 mm in 8 ft and 10 ft lengths.
How many designs are available?
63 designs: 21 in each of the 200, 300 and 100 series, in wood grains, marble, stone and solid colours. Share the design code, for example 201 or 325, when you enquire.
Which series should I choose?
For rooms with a 9 to 10 ft ceiling, 12 mm 2G or 15 mm 8G gives balanced proportions. The 24 mm profile is generally chosen for taller walls and larger spaces, where the deeper flutes can be seen from a distance. This is general guidance; our team can advise for your wall.
Can louvers be used in bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes. The panels are 100% water and moisture resistant and easy to clean, so they suit kitchens, bathrooms and other humid areas.
Are WPC louvers suitable for exterior walls?
Yes. Exterior louvers, 215 mm wide, are made for facades, elevations and ceilings and do not rot, deform or fade.
How are louvers installed?
On a dry, flat wall the first panel is set into a starting trim and checked for plumb, then each panel is fixed along its edge and the next panel slides into it, so no screws show. On an uneven or damp wall a batten frame is fixed first.
Do louvers need polishing or painting?
No. All 63 designs come pre-finished, so there is no polish, coating or touch-up.
How do I clean them?
Dust with a soft cloth or wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. The surface is stain resistant.
